The +Y coordinate marking on the IU is in the middle of the front-and-center white panel. It's there alright: it's a WHITE decal! (This model is based on Apollo 11. Apollo 11's IU had one white panel, the one with the coordinate marking. Apollo 4 (SA-501), Apollo 6 (SA-502) and Apollos 8 and 9 had no panels, so the white decal would be appropriate for those flights.
