Fin fairing mask line. The silver at the bottom of the fin will end at the top of the tape line (the silver will be on the right side in this picture). The black roll pattern will be on the left side of the fin fairing (bottom of this orientation). After the black is painted, I applied a couple of layers of liquid mask to the left (in this picture) and just over the tape line, let the mask dry, then removed the tape. This provided a good, crisp line for the silver, without having to mask intricately again.
