I thought I was done with the S-IVB, until I realized that one of the fairings was not included in the aft wrap. I used some epoxy clay to model it. Not wanting to add lots of additional paint to this wrap, much less to paint over the roll pattern, etc., I masked tightly and sprayed the fairing (it ends up white).
